Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, they will attempt delivery 3 times. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.

RTO (Return to Origin): If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You can request re-dispatch by paying the shipping charges again.

Lost or Damaged in Transit: In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will investigate with the courier partner and either reship your order or provide a full refund.
