What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for orders within India up to ₹25,000. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 applies. Please note that COD is not available for international orders or custom-made products.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order through your Dashboard > Order History section, or use the tracking link sent via SMS. Real-time updates are available 24/7.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately at +91 9000023688 or via WhatsApp. Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the product as per our return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹2,500 across India. For orders below ₹2,500, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies. Express delivery is available for metro cities at an additional ₹149.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3-5 business days | Tier-2 cities: 5-7 business days | Remote areas: 7-10 business days | International: 10-15 business days. Processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping charges vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.
What if I'm not available to receive my order?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. Please ensure your phone number is correct for delivery coordination. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us (RTO). You can request re-dispatch by paying shipping charges again.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or altered products cannot be returned. Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.
How do I return a product?
Step 1: Contact us at +91 9000023688 or via WhatsApp within 7 days. Step 2: We'll arrange a free pickup from your address. Step 3: Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! Exchange is available within 10 days of delivery for a different color, size, or design. We'll arrange free pickup and deliver the new piece at no extra cost. Exchange is subject to product availability.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the defect. We'll arrange immediate pickup and provide a replacement or full refund including shipping costs. Quality is our priority.
Product Information
Are your sarees 100% authentic handloom?
Yes! All our silk sarees (Kanchipuram, Banarasi, Mysore) are 100% authentic handloom products sourced directly from master weavers. Each piece comes with a handloom certification tag. We guarantee authenticity or full refund.
How do I know my saree size/length?
Standard saree length is 5.5-6 meters with 0.8 meter blouse piece. This fits all body types as sarees are draped, not stitched. For specific measurements or custom lengths, mention in order notes or contact us before ordering.
Can I see the saree in person before buying?
Yes! Visit our store in Hyderabad (Plot No.01, Sri Sri Nagar Colony, Kammaguda) from Monday-Saturday 10 AM - 7 PM. We recommend calling ahead to ensure your preferred collection is available for viewing.
Do colors look the same as in photos?
We strive for color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Natural handloom products may have minor color differences. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us for additional photos/videos before ordering.
Fabric Care & Maintenance
How do I care for silk sarees?
Dry clean only for pure silk sarees (Kanchipuram, Banarasi). Store in muslin cloth bags away from moisture. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not use plastic bags. Refold every 3-4 months to prevent permanent creases. Apply light starch before storage for crisp texture.
Can I wash silk sarees at home?
We strongly recommend dry cleaning for pure silk. If you must hand wash: Use cold water with mild detergent for silk. Do not wring. Dry in shade. Iron on reverse side with low heat. Note: Home washing may affect luster and color fastness.
How do I remove wrinkles from sarees?
For silk: Steam iron on reverse side with a cloth between iron and fabric. For cotton: Regular iron with light moisture. For delicate fabrics: Hang in steamy bathroom for 15-20 minutes. Never iron zari/embroidery directly.
How should I store sarees long-term?
Wrap in muslin cloth (not plastic). Store in cool, dry place. Add camphor/neem leaves to prevent insects. Refold every 3 months. Separate heavily embellished sarees to prevent snagging. For wedding sarees, professional storage recommended.

Do you accept bulk orders for events/weddings?

Can I get a saree customized or designed?
Absolutely! We offer custom Maggam work, personalized embroidery, color customization, and bespoke designs. Share your requirements via WhatsApp or visit our store. Custom orders take 15-30 days depending on complexity.
Do you offer blouse stitching services?
Currently, we provide unstitched blouse pieces with all sarees. However, we can recommend trusted tailors in your city. For Hyderabad customers, we can arrange blouse stitching at an additional cost.
What is the minimum order for custom Maggam work?
No minimum order! We accept custom Maggam work for single pieces. Pricing starts at ₹3,000 depending on design complexity. Share your design inspiration, and our artisans will provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

What is your GST number?
Our GST number is 36AAVFC0847J1Z0. All invoices include GST as per government regulations. You'll receive a tax invoice with every purchase for your records and business claims.
Do you provide GST invoices for business purchases?
Yes! All orders come with proper GST invoices. For B2B purchases, ensure you provide your company's GST number at checkout. The invoice will be emailed to you along with the shipping confirmation.
